It is always so inspiring to watch workout videos of our fave celebrities. I mean, I’m stunned every time I see Malaika Arora perform some of the toughest yoga asanas and feel so pumped up after that. It is super exhausting, can leave you sore for days and demotivated for hours. On a lot of days, it is not about kicking the hardest, but getting back on your feet again to be able to make that kick. And, Shibani Dandekar’s recent picture on her Instagram handle proves just that.
The singer’s boxing training videos and pics of toned abs always inspire her fans to stay fit and work hard. But her latest snap is a clear reminder that behind every vigorous workout sesh, there are hours of pain and struggle. Here’s a BTS pic she shared:
In the picture, Shibani is lying on her side while in another video, she is doing deadlifts like a pro. She wrote in the caption, “Gram hype vs reality! This was me in between each set and each exercise the other day in the gym! Been feeling so out of it lately and that’s ok .. need my body and mind to be in sync and when they aren’t, being patient is the key!”
TBH, it’s quite inspiring to watch someone share both sides of the coin on social media and not just the glorious detail. The Four More Shots Please! actress reminded everyone to not be hard on themselves and added, “Be kind to yourself, take a moment and then get back in the zone! I’m blessed to have the most incredible coach by my side through it all @drewnealpt but remember it starts with you! You can do it! 🦵🏾”
While we loved what Shibani wrote, we have to mention that we enjoyed reading her beau, Farhan Akhtar‘s comment on it as well. He wrote, “😂😂😂 I like the side stretch you’re doing pre set. Awesome. ❤️” Now, that’s definitely some hype we need from our partners, right?
NGL, Shibani’s honest caption is certainly giving us the motivation to kickstart our workout sesh with a bang!
