She instantly reminded us of the yesteryear actresses, the larger-than-life divas. And no, it wasn’t ‘coz of how she looked or what she wore. It was ‘coz of this vibe that she exuded. Let me elaborate it for you–there is a huge difference between an actor and a star. This basically means that while talent might help you ace in the acting department, you’d need that something extra to hit the heights of stardom.

For her latest photoshoot, Shanaya opted for a pristine white bikini bottom by the American brand Ookioh. The bottoms are priced at Rs 3,627. We would have tried commenting about her bikini top as well but can’t really do that given the entire ‘is-it-there-is-it-not’ situation. That said, it is definitely the sheer overlay strategically draped by stylist Chandini Whabi that’s actually doing it for us by giving her this ethereal appeal. The ensemble has been completed with an oversized cartwheel hat and we are tots digging the high fashion feels.
We love how the outfit has been given a flowy, gown-like silhouette that’s giving her both a soft and strong appeal. I mean translate this look to the silver screen and Shanaya can totally play a mermaid with the most basic tweaks. Well, we said it–the look is as impactful as it gets and is sure to haunt us just like a poignant poem for a long time to come.
Also, this feels like the perfect moment to admire her dramatically arched eyeliner and the curls that are going so well with the entire vibe. Cannot help but wish that she had posted at least one of these pictures sans the gigantic hat.
