Shanaya Kapoor’s just like me — at least in one way. Because I’m certain that she’s a fan of Hailey Bieber. She hasn’t said it explicitly but I think I have enough proof, thanks to the carousel she recently posted on Instagram.
Let’s just say ‘Hailey’s glaze‘ was the theme, and Shanaya understood the assignment. You’ve got to see it for yourself.
This Was The Photoshoot
Shanaya’s photoshoot looked like this. I almost mistook her for Hailey Bieber. Ahead — you’ll discover why quickly.
Up Close & Personal
That’s Shanaya on the left and Hailey on the right. Notice the aesthetic of the close-up shots. Both visuals focus on the clear, glazed-donut-quality of the skin.
The lips are glossy. The lashes flutter the same. The brushed-out brows are there, and even the glaze is placed on similar parts of the face. The freckles are freckling; but, of course, Kapoor’s are faux.
Spot The Difference
The rest of the photos from the carousel draw from many of Bieber’s photoshoots. Just like Hailey, Shanaya has applied loads of oil and highlighter all over her neck and collarbones. The chin, forehead, and nose are illuminated too. The attention to detail? Insane.
It Doesn’t Stop There
Hailey has popularised the concept of glazing the lips as well. And, clearly, Shanaya knows. Even the sleek, straight hair, usually how Hailey does these shoots, appeared in Shanaya’s carousel.
