The year was 2019 when Vicky Kaushal asked Katrina Kaif during an award show, “Aap kisi ache se Vicky Kaushal ko dhoondh ke shaadi kyu nahi kar leti?” Well, two years later, that’s exactly what she did! The two found their forever wala love in each other and tied the knot in a grand ceremony at Six Senses Fort, Barwara, yesterday. The couple shared a series of beautiful pics from their shaadi on their social media handles and NGL, their happy faces made us so emotional.
Vicky and Kat are now done with their wedding festivities and finally heading back to Mumbai. We just got a glimpse of the newlyweds and we have to say, they look quite cute as Mr and Mrs. Take a look:
The couple has taken a private chopper to apparently avoid paparazzi at the airport. We would have surely loved to get a closer and clearer look at the new bride because she’s looking extremely pretty. Kat donned a floral salwar suit and opted for a simple, sleek hairdo. She covered her face with a black mask and we have to point out the highlight of her entire look—her red chooda! It’s adding such traditional appeal to her OOTD and we’re loving every bit of it.
Her hubby, on the other hand, can be seen in a beige kurta-pyjama and brown stole. He too covered his face with a black mask and completed the look with a pair of black sunnies.
Vicky and Katrina have not shared pics from their wedding festivities as of now. According to the latest buzz, they have sold rights of their shaadi footage to an OTT platform for Rs 80 crores and they’re planning to make a feature film out of it. Honestly, to watch their dreamy wedding as a movie on our screen is something we’re really looking forward to.
Now that we know, the newlyweds are back in town, we cannot wait for them to throw the lavish reception party that they had promised to their friends. We’re sure that it is going to be a star-studded affair and we are convinced that it will be the biggest party of 2021.
