Rupali Ganguly’s exceptional acting, an inspiring storyline, and a trail of shocking plot twists have made the show what it is today. Nobody could’ve portrayed the journey of Anupamaa better than Rupali. However, have you ever wondered how much the actress charges for playing the role?
According to a recent report, Rupali Ganguly aka everyone’s fave Anupamaa has become the highest-paid TV actor. Owing to her popularity, she has started charging a hefty fee of 3 Lakhs per episode for Anupamaa.
Rupali started the show with a nominal fee of Rs 35,000 per episode. Eventually, the show become a major hit, and she hiked her fee to 1.5 Lakhs in 2022. She has now doubled her fee. Meanwhile, Sudhanshu Pandey and Gaurav Khanna, who play the character of Vanraj and Anuj Kapadia respectively charge around 1.5 Lakhs per episode.

Rupali Ganguly is the daughter of acclaimed director Anil Ganguly. She got into the acting biz at the age of seven with a small role in the film Saaheb (1985). She then received massive appreciation for her role in Balidan (1990). She appeared in the famous comedy show Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai in 2004, playing the character of Monisha. After that, she did several reality shows including Bigg Boss (2006), Zara Nachke Dikha (2008), and Khatron Ke Khiladi (2009). After doing a bunch of daily soaps, she signed up for Anupamaa in 2020 and made it a household name within no time.
