If there’s one thing that we’ve learned about Bigg Boss over the years, it is that the makers always have a surprise in store for us. It’s been more than a decade since the show first went on air, but somehow, the series still manages to keep us hooked with its unpredictable twists.
And like every year, this time too, Bigg Boss 15 has awesome things planned for us. Wondering what that is? Well, rumour mills have been abuzz for quite some time about iconic actress Rekha being a part of the show. Multiple reports suggest that she would be the one to introduce the new contestants to the audience. And guess what? It looks like it’s all true!
The official handle of Colors TV dropped an all-new promo of the upcoming season on the ‘gram and our minds are blown! In the video, Salman Khan can be seen in a jungle setting where he hears Rekha singing the famous Umrao Jaan song, Yeh Kya Jagah Hai Doston. Here comes the twist! The actress is not physically present in the promo, but instead, she is the voice of the tree Vishwasuntree. We can’t say we were expecting that! Check out the fun video here!
Recently, while talking to a leading daily about her association with BB, Rekha said, “Bigg Boss is a very naayab show, that has it all, drama, action, fun and thrill and what’s more, you get a crash course of life itself. And if one is patient and resilient, one will evolve to be one’s best self! What could be better poetic justice than that! I am glad to be collaborating with Colors for the promos of Bigg Boss 15. It is going to be an exciting new experience, as I am doing a voice-over for a speaking tree whom Salman has fondly named Vishwasuntree, a vibrant tree full of wisdom, hope, and faith.”
Well, we gotta say that we’re just a tad bit disappointed at not getting to see the powerhouse of talent in the new season. But, we’re glad that the show producers have tried to keep things fun and exciting like every year. Here’s hoping Bigg Boss 15 goes on air ASAP!
