Although the couple claimed the visit was a getaway for Ranbir’s birthday, we suspect that they were possibly scouting for wedding venues. In 2020, Ranbir opened up about his wedding plans with Alia. He said that their wedding date was pushed due to the pandemic but now he wants to get hitched soon. The Rockstar actor said, “I don’t want to jinx it by saying anything. I want to tick mark that goal very soon in my life.”
