The Ambani bahus love their desi wear and just gave us two stunning looks. Isha Ambani recently threw a grand party at her lavish Mumbai abode. Of course, the entire Ambani clan made it to the bash and my eyes were specially set on Shloka Mehta and Radhika Merchant!
Shloka and Radhika looked gorgeous in their vibrant desi outfits but I def found one better than the other. Any guesses? Read on to find out:
Shloka Mehta’s Patola Lehenga Set
Shloka Mehta decided to pay homage to her Gujarati roots for Isha’s bash. She dressed up in a vibrant patola lehenga and finished the look with a yellow peplum kurti. She kept it breezy with no dupatta and finished off the look with a tiered diamond necklace. This is a fun set and I love how comfortable Shloka looks in the outfit. That said, I do feel like something is missing!
Radhika Merchant’s Banarasi Lehenga
Radhika went all out for her first grand party with the Ambani fam after her engagement with Anant Ambani. She dressed up in a sky blue and lime green Banarasi lehenga set. The silver zari added a fresh touch to the set and made it the perfect pick for daytime festivities. I love the colours! The zari lehenga is light to carry which makes it a great choice for summer festivities. Given how hot it is in Mumbai right now, I think Radhika choose wisely!
Who Wore It Better?
A huge shoutout to both Radhika and Shloka for choosing desi handloom. That said, I do have a clear fave. It is *drumrolls* Radhika’s Banarasi beauty! I love that it looks so complete and if I had to choose between the two, I’ll def like to wear Radhika’s outfit.
