Yesterday, the Queen in the North, Sansa Stark AKA Sophie Turner married her longtime beau Joe Jonas for the second time in France. The first wedding was a Vegas celebration which was shared with the world through an Instagram Live. Yes, that’s one way to break the news to everyone. This time it was a more formal affair with only close friends and family joining in for the intimate celebration.
The entire wedding party looked superb in black tuxedos and beautiful gowns but our eyes were on our desi girl. Priyanka Chopra looked absolutely ravishing in a blush pink, embroidered saree designed by the one and only Sabyasachi.
Nick Jonas dressed up for his role as one of the groomsmen in a white shirt and a black tux. Doesn’t the whole Jonas parivaar look straight out of a Hollywood movie set?
The sheer happiness on both Nick and PeeCee’s faces says it all. On many occasions, Sophie and Priyanka have spoken about how they are as close as sisters. They opened up about how they clicked and liked each other instantly. Now they’re going to make their sisterhood official!
Now that’s one heck of a boy squad!
The wedding is being held in Château de Torreau in France. The Jonas entire clan, Kevin Jr, Nick, Franklin, Joe, Kevin Sr, Denise, Priyanka and Danielle, is present and ready to commemorate this beautiful moment as a family.
The official photographs aren’t out yet but this one has surfaced which shows Sophie looking oh-so-gorgeous in a white gown, being escorted to the venue.
The rehearsal dinner outfits were more casual with Sophie and Joe twinning in bright red.
Reports also suggest that Sophie’s Game Of Thrones co-star, Maisie Williams was in attendance and is her maid-of-honour. Well, at least Arya got to attend one of Sansa’s weddings.
