We are beginning to lose track of the number of romances that have been brewing in the Bigg Boss 15 house. Just yesterday, Umar and Rashami cleared all the doubts that we had about their connection by khullam khulla accepting that they do like each other. This makes them the third romantic couple this season following Tejasswi Prakash-Karan Kundrra and Miesha Iyer-Ieshaan Sehgal. However, the tally is far from over and as I type this story, there is another love story taking shape in the Bigg Boss 15 house. Now, who are these love birds, you ask? Well, those who have been observant enough would know the answer. Devoleena Bhattacharjee has been spending a lot of time with Pratik Sehajpal since her wild card entry and looks like she is the latest one to succumb to his charms.
Towards the end of last night’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode, we spotted the actress having a candid chat with Pratik and confessing that she actually has a crush on him. “It was something else when I said that I like Pratik earlier. However, everyone mistook it and took it in the wrong direction. But eventually, I got attracted to you. I felt connected to you,” she was heard saying loud and clear. Now, while the makers might have done a successful job in fueling our curiosity by editing out Pratik’s part in the conversation, we gotta say that his smile said it all. Here, check it out yourself:

However, it is definitely too early to get excited for or look forward to this love story because we have been watching the same film on repeat for the past four-five months. It happened for the first time in Bigg Boss OTT when Moose Jattana shared that she had fallen for Pratik Sehajpal. This was followed by a similar confession by Akshara Singh as we all saw Pratik striking a very close friendship with Neha Bhasin, the one that both of them have not been able to define to date. And while we were still trying to process Bigg Boss OTT, season 15 happened and in no time, we could see Akasa Singh gravitating towards him and accepting that she likes Pratik.
One thing that has stayed consistent all this while? Pratik’s non-committal stance. While he has stayed absolutely respectful towards all these women, we have never seen him reciprocating their sentiments. At least, not verbally. So yes, forgive us if we want to take the entire Devoleena-Pratik love angle with a pinch of salt.
That said, the makers might as well rename Bigg Boss 15 to ‘Love Island’ this season because that’s what it feels like at the moment.
