I received the classic Chloe perfume as a gift from a close friend a few years ago and I have been hooked ever since! The Chloe Roses fragrance is my favourite. It’s delicate and feminine as its name suggests, but it also has a hint of musk , so it’s never overpoweringly sweet or floral. It’s perfect for daily use, and I wear it to office most days. 🙂

My favourite perfume is Jaipur by Boucheron. It’s a classic oriental fragrance and the scent lasts all day long. If you ask me, it’s definitely a conversation starter! I use it all year around, though a few people may find it a bit too strong during the summer.

A couple of years ago, I received the Issey Miyake Summer 2013 Limited Edition perfume as a gift from a friend, and it immediately displaced everything to become my absolute favourite. It’s an evening scent that you can wear during the day too since it’s very subtle. And it’s a lovely, delicate fragrance with notes of mandarin, sage and vetiver. It’s not too strong yet stays with you through the whole day. You really have to try it to believe it. 🙂

Avon Cherish is a perfume I have been using for a long time. Not only is it affordable, it also comes in a beautiful little bottle. It is a strong floral scent with hints of jasmine and lasts all day long. I prefer wearing it for dinners since it is a strong perfume. For the day, I like lighter aquatic perfumes.

Given that I have an overdeveloped sense of smell, strong, heady perfumes tend to get on my nerves. My favourite kind of smell is subtle and innocuous – the kind that takes you by surprise if you’re ever close enough to get a whiff. Since my college days, I have been partial to Body Shop’s Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Mist. It’s simple, sweet, and perfect for daily use. Also, I’ve read that the smell of cherry blossom can psychologically trick people into thinking you’re slimmer than you are. I don’t know how true it is – but hey, worth a shot!

I got this perfume as a gift and fell in love with it. I don’t like perfumes with citrusy or fruity notes and D&G Light Blue has awesome fresh notes. It has notes of jasmine and white rose, but is not too overpowering. It is not so easy to find a perfume with such combination and I am glad I found this one. The fragrance stays on for long and is a perfect choice for summer, my must-have for sure. I have even tried the deo stick from the same range.

I’m a huge fan of Selena Gomez Eau De Parfum Spray! It not only smells delicious, it also lasts all day. It’s my signature scent. The design of the bottle is like no other I’ve seen and, interestingly, it has tiny metallic lips on it! Whenever I spray some of it on, it makes me feel sexy and confident. The floral and fruity scent always has a knack of perking my mood up. Kudos to this lovely perfume. It’s my favourite!

Daisy- Marc Jacobs. I grabbed this beauty a year back and have been in love with it ever since. It’s feminine and fresh, just the way I like it. The floral essence isn’t too overwhelming and it lasts all day long – it’s the only accessory I need while heading out!

Hermes Elixir des Merveilles is my favourite fall/ winter scent! The notes are a bit woody and spicy.This perfume lasts really long, but you have to be careful about how much you put on since it is quite a strong fragrance.
