Parth Samthaan, the heartthrob of the telly world, won us over with his adorable portrayal of Manik Malhotra in Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan. Needless to say, the actor has enjoyed a massive female fan following ever since he made his acting debut. But while his relationship status has always remained a mystery, Parth has certainly turned out to be the most eligible bachelor of the tinsel town. And like most of the bachelors, he too has to go through the never-ending ‘shaadi kab karoge’ questions. It has reached a point where his mother has asked him to settle down through an arranged match.
Recently, while promoting the latest season of his show Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan, the actor got into a candid chat with DNA. During the conversation, he revealed that while he has received lots of marriage proposals on social media sites, his mother is planning to put his profile on a matrimonial site. Parth, who has mostly played romantic characters, found it amusing and hilarious at the same time.
Parth said, “I was having a conversation with my mom, and she started discussing arranged marriages with me. And she was like, ‘Ab toh time aa gaya hai beta. Ab hum kuch karte hai( Now it’s time beta. Now let us do something)’. I asked her how could you think about putting my profile on the matrimonial site. I felt embarrassed, because a guy who can make in fall in love, or who’s so good with romance, has not fallen in love, and going for an arranged marriage. I believe in love, and I don’t want to go for an arranged marriage.”
When Parth Talked About His Relationship
A while back, the actor opened up to a news portal about his love life. He revealed, “Climax space. Soon you will hear about a happy ending. There’s too much drama, and once that culminates, I hope it ends happily. No hearts will break. Probably I am in that building stage. It’s a building stage, and I can’t stay concrete on it but I am in a good space. Let’s see where it goes. When I think I can announce it officially, I will.”
Well, we’ve got to agree with Parth. For someone who has made us believe in fairytales through his characters, Parth sure deserves his own real-life love story.
