It’s been almost nine months since Parth Samthaan revealed his relationship status. Remember when we told you about him being single sometime in May last year? Well, it looks like he still hasn’t found the love of his life. During a recent interview, the celeb got candid about what he wants in his partner and his shaadi plans. And fam, it’s way too exciting!
While talking to a leading daily, the actor said that connection and compatibility are two important things that make a relationship work. He shared, “I feel the connection is very important, you should be connected to the person, you shouldn’t get bored, you should be prepared to have a longer commitment and no matter what, eventually, you should feel the kind of love that one should have, otherwise, things would just go haywire and most importantly compatibility.” He also added that it is important to understand each other and make equal efforts, otherwise, it ends up being a one-sided relationship.
When asked about when he wants to get married, the 30-year-old actor jokingly replied, “I’m still in college yaar, I’m still finishing my graduation. I still have 2-3 decades to think of.” He also added that fortunately, his parents are not trying to force him to get hitched. “They have accepted in a way, I mean they’re still trying to accept it ki yeh aisa hi hai aur aisa hi rehnewala hai but apart from that, yeah wo pressure hai. If not your mom, then relatives are there, they keep asking like ‘now that you’ve reached where you wanted to be, you’re successful, or people know you, or you’re working, what’s your plan?’ I’m like ‘nothing, I have to work more’, so right now I’m focusing on that.” We totes get this! Regardless of how successful you are, your rishtedaars will only be concerned with your shaadi.
Oh, that’s not all, Parth also spilled the beans on his special upcoming project. He said, “I have just recently shot for a Netflix show, so that is about to come. It is likely to come by March or April.” He further revealed that he is also going to start shooting for a film next month, and the official statement will be out soon. OMG, this is huge, and we can’t wait to find out all about his peheli film. We’re sure it’s going to be an interesting one. Here’s wishing Parth all the very best for his upcoming projects.
