I don’t know about you but BB13 contestant Paras Chhabra wasn’t my favourite. And my reasons for that would probably take another whole article. So let me just start by saying that two contestants on the show, Sidharth Shukla and Paras Chhabra (aka sanskari playboy), did everything to prove their toxic masculinity time and again.
Paras didn’t win the show but he was the centre of all the charcha among the ladies in the house. He sure became a ‘ladies man’ showing his piquing fondness for Shehnaaz Gill and Mahira Sharma. And one more, whom we didn’t see in the house but her name always came up in discussions around Paras. Yup, you guessed it! We are talking about his former girlfriend Akanksha Puri. Paras with all his Romeo antics in the house often claimed that he wanted to call it off with Akanksha. And that the latter didn’t let him do that before he entered the BB house. However, Akanksha had a different story to tell when she went on a tell-all spree. The two called it off officially after the show ended.
During season 13, there were reports that Akanksha may enter the house as a wild-card entry but she refused to be a part of the show. However, the Vighnaharta Ganesh actress admits that she received an offer from the makers of the show, “Yes I was offered a good offer from the makers to enter as a wild-card and things could have worked according to me. But I did not take up thinking that it might hamper his strategy and his game would get weaken. There was another reason that I am already doing a regular show. I am a very strong individual and would have come out as a strong competition. I feel if we ever enter any competition I would win as I am way stronger than him,” she said in a recent media interview.
Talking about her rumoured appearance as a housemate in Bigg Boss 14, she said, “Do you really think Bigg Boss 14 will happen during such a condition? There’s so much happening. Shows are shutting down and all. In fact, we don’t even know if the shoots are going to start and if things are going to be fine soon. I have no clue if the show is going to happen this time or if it is coming up with a new season.”
Whether she will be there in the next season or not, we sure are ready to see max drama in the next season.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Akanksha is working in Vighnaharta Ganesh and looks forward to trying new roles. “Right now, it is way too early to talk about a new show or being a part of Bigg Boss 14. Let’s see where life takes. I would definitely like to entertain my audience in every possible way and I will continue doing different and new things,” she added.
