There may be certain things that set us apart from our brothers and sisters across the border. But when it comes to hosting a beautiful and lavish wedding, the two countries are no different. From the grandeur to the shor sharaba, there’s so much similarity. In fact, now even brides are embracing each other’s cultures and wedding attires.
Recently, we stumbled upon pictures of a Pakistani bride, Fajr, from her nikah ceremony. Fajr can be seen wearing a stunning deep maroon saree, styled very similarly to that of a Hindu bride. Her drape featured tasteful gold embroidery on the borders and mini motifs all over. She paired her saree with a maroon blouse, precious gold jewellery and kaleeras. Scroll ahead to check out her bridal look:
While we are in love with her bridal ensemble, there were other elements from her look that stole the show for us. Fajr added a dreamy veil that had gotta patti work on it along with an inscription on the border. The kaleeras too stood out for us! To round off her whole look, she went with glamm makeup and a sleek bun.
We absolutely loved Fajr’s bridal look and hope to see more such in the future.
