When I was a kid, I was just like Amrita Puri from Aisha who wanted to wear neither a red nor maroon, but an unconventional lehenga colour on my wedding day. I had my whole day planned in my head and even had a scrapbook where I would cut out magazine pictures and stick them as ‘inspiration’. If you think this obsession has calmed down, you’re most certainly wrong and the proof is my ‘saved’ folder on Instagram. But if you thought I was extra, I’ve got news for you.
This Pakistani bride wore a 100 kg lehenga for her wedding day and honestly, I can’t even imagine how she did it! The trail and ghera of her skirt was such that it covered the entire stage and even went all the way down the stairs.
Is it just me or is this reminding you of Priyanka Chopra’s met gala dress?
The pictures from the wedding instantly went viral and while some loved her look, others took to trolling. My only question after looking at this extravagant dress is how on Earth did she walk with that on? Gotta give her full marks for her body strength.

When your father is so rich that you dont know how to spend money on #wedding so you spend all of it on your #lehenga

Dullah spent the whole night looking for his bride.

Honestly, even though it was super OTT, we have to give it to the bride for pulling off something like this. Excluding a few technical doubts like did she sit on the sofa the entire night, I’m totally down for this look. And really, it’s her wedding so she gets to do exactly what she wants to do, right?
