The real test of fashion is done in winter when the weather decides how huge is your threshold for a short dress. For us commoners (by which I mean non-celebrities and non-bloggers), it usually is a regular dress worn with stockings, boots, and a long coat at the least. But for our celebrity kids, it seems January means ‘what winter?’. Of course, it helps that most of them live in Mumbai, the city is blessed with a moderate climate unlike Dilli ki sardi, but it still is cold according to Mumbai standards. But, Nysa Devgan disagrees!

The 15-year-old celeb kid was seen at the Mumbai airport in nothing but a sweatshirt and her look was not half bad, to be honest. Sure, we would have worn this regular-fit blue hoodie with pants, irrespective of the weather, but it seems Nysa is just too summery for January.
