Love in the times of Corona is definitely not easy, considering everyone has to practice social distancing. As the number of coronavirus cases are on the rise, several couples were forced to delay their weddings. But there were some, who could not wait to celebrate their love for each other. From the same-sex couple in New York to the RCB Fan girl Deepika Ghose, they tied the knot proving that love defies all odds. Another such couple is Preet Singh and Neet Kaur.
Mumbai-based Preet, a Merchant Navy Officer, and his Delhi-based girlfriend Neet were all set to tie the knot on April 4 but then nationwide lockdown happened. But true love always finds its way, and so did these lovebirds. The couple, who wanted to stick to their original wedding date, had a unique virtual wedding while being in different cities. Yep, you read that right!

Preet and Neet made the best use of technology and married each other on a video call. All dressed up for the occasion, their friends and family logged in from different parts of the world including Dubai, Australia and Canada.

While the bride was dressed in a gorgeous red saree, the groom could be seen wearing an orange kurta while complementing his new bride in a red turban. The married couple and the family even broke into a celebratory dance after the wedding rituals were solemnised. Aww! Who thought a virtual wedding can be a thing and so much fun too? Well, where there is a will, there definitely is a way!
