Mrunal Thakur has reached Cannes for her much-awaited red-carpet debut and looks like our girl is determined to slay. In fact, she just gave us a teaser. Mrunal just attended the opening ceremony of the Indian Pavilion but wait till you hear what she actually wore for the event!
For her very first look in the French Riviera town, Mrunal dressed up in a black Studio Verandah swimsuit. Yes! A huge shoutout to her stylist Rahul Vijay for matching the monokini with dramatic chantilly lace by Dhruv Kapoor. A bulky sequinned jacket was added for some drama and a pair of classy Louboutin pumps finished the ensemble:

I love how confidently Mrunal is carrying off the unique look and I am pretty sure she will kill it even harder on the red carpet tomorrow. The actress is representing Grey Goose at Cannes and will be walking the red carpet in a costume created by Falguni Shane Peacock in collaboration with the brand.
