Mouni Roy and Disha Patani are currently holidaying in Miami. The actresses are keeping the fans updated with regular posts on social media and giving us solid #BFFGoals. But guess what? A few internet users have found a way to ruin this as well!
All of it started with Mouni’s recent Instagram reel. In the video, she could be seen dancing in a bikini and sarong. Mouni looked great in her boho beach fit and captioned the post, “I believe in kindness. Also, in mischief. Also in dancing, especially if dancing is not necessarily prescribed.”
Here’s the now-deleted reel:
While it looked like a fun vacay video, some haters didn’t seem to agree. They commented on Mouni’s outfit and tried lecturing her on how she shouldn’t be showing skin as an Indian woman. Take a look at the comments:
The haters went on and on until Mouni took down the video.
It is insane how people can make it their mission to kill other people’s vibe especially when they seem happy. There is always the option to just ignore a post if you don’t like it!
When Mouni Roy Spoke About Dealing With Trolls
In an earlier interview, Mouni opened up on how she deals with hate on social media. She said, “Many years back when I had joined social media platforms, I used to wonder how people can be so unkind and it used to bother me. Soon, I realised, they are phantom beings hiding behind their screens writing rubbish which actually says the kind of pitiful people they are.” The actress added that there is nothing to feel bad about trolling. I bet this is the best way to survive on social media. Right, Mouni?
I hope Mouni continues to rule the ‘Gram with her fiery posts. Don’t let these trolls kill your light, girl!
