‘Madame Web’ Trailer: Dakota Johnson Is Ready To Use Her Spidey Sense & We Are Ready For Her

Marvel is set to expand the Spiderverse and the latest trailer of Madame Web is proof. The trailer of the much-awaited movie was released by Sony and it promises to keep you glued to the screen with its moments of high-octane action, drama, and suspense.

Madame Web stars Dakota Johnson as Cassandra Webb in the lead role. Cassandra is a paramedic in Manhattan who has clairvoyant abilities. An accident where her car fell off the bridge is said to have changed everything in her life. She is forced to confront her past and she is on a mission to reveal all the details. She claims that she can see the future. The trailer revolves around her quest to uncover the past and her attempt in trying to make sense of her psychic abilities.

Cassandra starts to believe in her powers when she is on a train and she gets visions about what is going to happen in the next minute. Interestingly, whatever she had seen starts to happen and she takes charge.

However, Cassandra is not alone. She forms a team with three women who are destined for powerful futures.

In the comics, Madame Web possesses mutant clairvoyant capabilities and holds significant ties to various Spider-Women. The movie narrates a storyline that occurs before Madame Web assumes the wheelchair, a portrayal that is found in the comic series.

Starring Dakota Johnson, Sydney Sweeney, Celeste O’Connor, Isabela Merced, Tahar Rahim, Mike Epps, Emma Roberts, and Adam Scott, Madame Web is set to release exclusively in theatres.
