What’s a better way to start the week than getting a scoop on the wedding of our fave B-town jodi, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif? NGL, we’ve been glued to our social media feeds to get an official confirmation from the couple! So far, the two stars have kept mum on the subject but we do have an interesting update for their fans.
According to the grapevine, more than 40 hotels have been booked for Vicky and Katrina’s wedding in December. Many popular faces from Bollywood will be attending the wedding. The event will reportedly take place at the Six Senses Resort, Bowai Madhopur in Rajasthan and everything is booked for the wedding. It is going to be a lavish 3-day celebration with a star-studded guest list. Isn’t this all just too exciting?
We’ve also heard from a little birdie that Vicky and Katrina will have a strict ‘no mobile phone‘ at the wedding to avoid photo leaks from their celebration. Moreover, another source close to the couple confirmed that the two have finalised their shaadi outfits! They would be wearing Sabyasachi for the main ceremony. (BRB, just manifesting my dream of being a Sabyasachi bride!)
It is no surprise that Vicky and Kat are planning to get hitched in such a grand style, as Katrina always wanted a big wedding. In an old interview, the actress said, “A private person (like me) doesn’t like to talk about sensitive and delicate topics like relationships and love. When you decide to get married and you are prepared to tell the world that ‘we are making a commitment, you become comfortable with people talking about it. I want everyone in the world to attend my wedding.”
Interestingly, during the recent episode of Into The Wild With Bear Grylls, Vicky also spoke about getting married. The Masaan star revealed what makes for a perfect partner according to him and said, “Whoever makes you feel at home all the time, you just know that connect. Also, where there is that understanding, where you love each other for your plusses and minuses both, and we make each other a better version of each other.”
We honestly can’t wait for the couple to go public with their relationship! Until then all we can do is refresh our ‘Gram feed constantly in anticipation.
