Last year, Selena Gomez released her own cooking show called Selena + Chef on HBO Max and it was an instant hit. She connected with professional chefs via video calls and learned how to prepare delicious meals. And we loved it because most of us were doing the exact same thing during the lockdown (replace ‘chefs’ with our mothers). It reminded us that—a) knowing how to cook is necessary for everyone and b) we love to watch our fave celebrities cook and give us amazing recipes to recreate.
Well, it seems that our wish is granted because now, Discovery Plus is coming up with a new celebrity cooking show and OMG we are excited AF! The show will feature Kareena Kapoor Khan along with other B-town celebs who will prepare different meals with the help of renowned chefs. The actress shared the first teaser of the upcoming show on her Instagram handle and it looks quite promising and fun! Take a look:
The show, called Star vs Food, will feature Bebo’s BFFs Malaika Arora and Karan Johar, Scam 1992 actor Pratik Gandhi and also Arjun Kapoor. And by the looks of it, we doubt that they’re having a smooth time. KJo can be heard asking, “Mere khoobsoorat chehre par daag to na lag jaye (I hope by pretty face doesn’t get blemished),” and ultimately saying, “Mujhe nahi karna yeh (I don’t want to do this)” with an ice-pack pressed on his face.
NGL, the video hints that these celebs are experiencing their kitchen nightmares for real. While Bebo is complaining about her aching hands, Malaika and Arjun can be seen struggling with different recipes.

Well, to watch these Bollywood celebrities try their hands at cooking is definitely going to be a treat for our eyes. Gonna set an alarm for April 15 so we don’t miss the premiere!
