This Royal Wedding Was No Less Than A Red Carpet Event But Wait Till You See The Chiffon Saree!

This Royal Wedding Was No Less Than A Red Carpet Event But Wait Till You See The Chiffon Saree!

The Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan recently got married to architect Rajwa Al Saif. The pictures from their royal wedding just dropped and we are in awe of the stylish guests. The wedding looks no short of a grand red carpet in the snippets and we are drolling over the gorgeous looks that were served. Seriously, you need to check out every single gown (and a chiffon saree) that guests wore to this fashionable shindig.

The Glowing Bride

Rajwa wore two white gowns for her grand wedding and each one was as grand as it gets. Her Elie Saab number has our attention for its striking albeit conservative silhouette. The straight-cut gown featured a uniquely draped bodice and an asymmetrical neckline. A silk trail was attached to the waist and a whimsical touch was given to the look with Rajwa’s long embroidered veil. She finished off the look with a diamond tiara and matching dangs.

For look number two, Rajwa let her love for architecture shine through her unique Dolce & Gabbana gown. It featured 3-D floral details and was styled with silk gloves and the same jewels that Rajwa wore with her Elie Saab bridal dress.

Princess Sarvath El Hassan In An Atelier Shikaarbagh Saree

Call us biased but after the beautiful bride, this has to be our favourite look from the Jordan royal wedding. The gorgeous chiffon saree has been designed by an Indian label called Atelier Shikaarbagh. The French chiffon drape features a heavy tonal border comprising French knots and zardozi. The saree was made by the brand’s master artisan from United Bengal as an ode to Princess Sarvath’s heritage. A huge shoutout to Princess Sarvath El Hassan for beautifully draping the saree around her shoulders, just like a Jaipur royal would. Brownie points for the pearl studs!

Duchess Of Cambridge Kate Middleton In The Most Romantic Fit

Keeping up with the conservative dress code, Kate Middleton opted for a peach Elie Saab gown for her first look. The gauzy dress featured a high neck and subtle balloon sleeves which were cinched at the hem with unique embroidery. Kate’s main ceremony look was in utter contrast though owing to its glitter. The fish-cut Jenny Packham gown was doused in sequins and featured a gorgeously detailed neck and padded shoulders.

Queen Rania Al Abdullah Aka The Groom’s Mother In Dior

The Queen consort of Jordan went for a bejewelled Elie Saab outfit for her first look. It featured a heavily embroidered bodice and a matching cape. She kept it classy for look 2 in her black Dior gown. The solid gown featured an embroidered neck, matching hems and a striking back detail. She kept the rest of her look equally sharp with a neat bun, glossy skin, and nude lippie!

Well, the royals really brought their A-game to this wedding!
