We don’t know about you, but for us, Janhvi Kapoor is the definition of the ‘cute-girl-next-door’ vibe. She always comes across as a sweet girl who won’t even hurt a fly, but there is another side to the actress that most people don’t know about. The truth is that Janhvi is not afraid to turn into a badass when it comes to her little sister Khushi Kapoor.
In a recent interview, Janhvi shared her excitement as Khushi is getting ready for her Bollywood debut. The junior Kapoor will feature in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies alongside Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, Mihir Ahuja, Dot, Vedang Raina and Yuvraj Menda.
Ever since the promo of the film dropped, it has created a lot of buzz on social media. While many were impressed by the vintage vibe of the film, some were miffed after looking at the star cast. The age-old debate on nepotism once again took the centre stage after the teaser drop and this backlash has made Janhvi all the more concerned about her baby sister.

In an interaction with a leading daily, Janhvi shared, “I am so happy and thrilled. I have visited their outdoor shoot once briefly, their energy is so pure and I think they’re making something that’s from the heart and something that people are going to love. These kids are so talented and so hard-working.”
The Roohi actress added, “I’ve seen my sister work tirelessly and work really hard and she’s auditioning for this role. She wanted this so badly, I’m just so happy for her and I hope it goes well. If anyone says anything bad about her, all these trolls, I am gonna screw them up. I swear, I hate them.” Speaking about giving advice to Khushi, Janhvi said that she ‘doesn’t need tips’ and called her sister ‘brilliant.’
