Next, with a wet sponge, apply a thin layer of foundation all over and concealer, wherever you may need it. Seal the base with a blurring finishing powder.

Step 2: Fluffy Arches Ahead

Use an eyebrow powder to define the brows. Apply the lighter shade only near the start of the brows, where the hair tends to be sparse.
