Janhvi Kapoor and Ishan Khatter have always been tight-lipped about being an item. But the Dhadak co-stars are frequently spotted together–be it dinner dates or movie nights. No wonder fans believe that they’re dating, after all there’s no smoke without fire, right?
When Karan Johar asked Ishaan about her in an episode of Koffee With Karan, he said, “We go to the gym together, listen to music, whole lot of south Indian music which is not my choice but I have grown to like it, watch movies and eat food.”
Janhvi, in another interview, said, “I am in awe of him (Ishaan) and the way he approaches his scenes. Plus, he has great energy (as an actor), and it is probably because he is new too. But what helped me a lot was the fact that he is (a) more experienced (actor) than me.”
Well, if Janhvi and Ishaan are trying to keep things under wraps, they’re definitely not doing a good job! To add more ghee to the fire, Janhvi recently spent some time with not just Ishaan, but also his brother, Shahid Kapoor and his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor. Mira Kapoor recently posted a picture of a table full of delicious dishes, and pointed out that one of the dishes, a red rice veg biryani to be exact, was cooked by Janhvi.
To dispel any doubts about their double date, Mira even tagged Shahid, Ishaan and Janhvi in another post, which was also a picture of the food. Here’s proof:
Something’s definitely cooking here, and it’s not just Janhvi’s veg biryani, don’t you think? Well, we are of the opinion that they make a sizzling pair, whether they want to admit it or not!
On the work front, Janhvi will be seen in the Gunjan Saxena biopic, which is based on the real-life story of the Indian Air Force’s first woman officer who went to war. She is also working on RoohAfza, in which she has a double role, and Dostana 2
Ishaan will star in Mira Nair’s adaptation of A Suitable Boy, and the film Kaali Peeli.
