While we might not have an official word on Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal’s rumoured wedding yet, we’d like to go out on a limb here and declare khabar pakki hai! Why else would these two leave for Jaipur at the exact same time looking their happy best at Mumbai airport? Yes, you read that right. Katrina and Vicky were spotted at the airport moments ago sporting festive outfits and their million-dollar smiles. But that’s not all. Earlier today, ace designer Arpita Mehta kinda confirmed the rumours by posting a picture of Katrina and referring to her as ‘bride-to-be’ in the caption. And while she might have edited it later, it was a tad too late and the caption did put all our doubts about their impending wedding at rest.
Well, now that we know that these two are getting hitched for sure, might we as well discuss that pre-wedding glow and how elated the love birds look?
At the airport, Katrina Kaif was spotted wearing a mango yellow heavily embellished kurta by Anamika Khanna which she paired with a matching dupatta and a sharara. She finished off the look with simple danglers and dewy makeup. The actress’s heavy outfit is proof that she has switched to bride mode, given that she is never spotted in glitz for her airport outings and is generally in preppy casuals.
For the unversed, rumours suggest that the couple would be tying the knot at Six Senses Fort Barwara, which is a thirty minutes ride from Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. As you can tell from Vicky’s block printed peach shirt, he has already embraced the Rajasthani vibe and it really suits him! He has finished off the look with beige trousers and tan accessories. We definitely stan his outfit and can only imagine how perfect it would look with Katrina’s yellow ensemble.
That said, more than the garments it is the smile that they are wearing that is warming our hearts. Here’s hoping that these two bless us with their wedding pictures super soon!
