The day we’ve been eagerly waiting for since more than a month is finally here! Karishma Tanna’s pre-wedding festivities have begun and we cannot keep calm. The actress just shared a sneak-peek with us on the ‘gram with the caption, “Celebrations begin, decor by @samanidecorations.” Have a look at the pictures here:
We hear that her haldi will be happening today, mehendi tomorrow and the shaadi will take place on February 5th. “They have planned all their functions keeping the Covid protocols in mind. Today’s haldi event will be an intimate affair with only family and extremely close friends in attendance,” revealed a source close to the couple. A little birdie also tells us that Karishma and fiancé Varun Bangera will be having a joint mehendi party tomorrow.
That’s not all fam, we also hear that Karishma’s outfits for all her functions have been “designed by ace designer and stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania”. Our guess is that Karishma will be opting for contemporary pastel outfits for her functions as we hear that the couple has opted for classy and elegant decor with fresh floral arrangements.
As for their main ceremony, that’ll be happening on Saturday evening at a five-star hotel in Mumbai and will be attended by Karishma’s close friends from the industry. “Celebs like Anita Hassanandani, Ridhima Pandit and Ekta Kapoor are expected to attend the event,” shared the same source.
For the unversed, Karishma got engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Varun, in November last year. The two have remained tight-lipped about their relationship and we hope that changes soon. We’re dying to know all about their love story! Also, here’s hoping the actress keeps sharing shaadi-updates on the ‘gram.
