Ranveer Singh is on a roll right now and for all the right reasons. His upcoming movie, Jayeshbhai Jordaar, is creating quite a buzz and we think it’s going to be a super hit film. The actor will be playing the role of an unconventional hero, who will fight his own family to protect his unborn baby girl. While it all sounds extremely dramatic and intense, the flick will make us laugh and cry at the same time. The actor is quite thrilled about the movie’s release and has been sharing his excitement with his fans during its promotional events.
But here’s the thing —Ranveer doesn’t just seem enthu about the film, but about becoming a dad IRL too. We are sure that the actor will become an adorable father and his recent interviews are proof.

During a recent media interaction, Ranveer was asked if he and his wife, Deepika Padukone, had a baby girl, what would they name her. The actor quickly replied that he had already prepared a long list of names for his future kids, but wouldn’t share it with the world yet. Aww! In fact, he had no preference regarding his first child and while sharing if he wanted a boy or a girl, he said, “They don’t ask if you want laddu or sheera when you go to the temple. Because it is prasad; whatever you get should be treated with reverence. The same rationale applies here. Whatever God gives us, whether a girl or a boy, we will accept whole-heartedly.”
Last year, he revealed his baby plans on his reality show, The Big Picture, and said, “Jaisa ki aap log jante hai meri shaadi ho gai hai aur ab 2-3 saal mein bacche bhi honge. Bhaisaab, aapki bhabhi itni cute baby thi na, main kehta hoon ek aisi baby de mujhe bus meri life set ho jaye. Mai shortlist bana raha hu names ke. (As you guys know I am married and will have kids in the next two or three years. Your sister-in-law (Deepika) was such a cute baby. I tell her to give me one baby like her and my life will be set. I am shortlisting names.)”

Well, Ranveer’s excitement to become a dad is melting our hearts. We are sure that future little Padukone-Singh will be one lucky munchkin.
