When we first saw Pratik Sehajpal in Bigg Boss OTT, we were not on board with his whole angry young man vibe. But all of that changed in Bigg Boss 15. He became one of the most loved contestants on the show and even though he didn’t win the season, he won millions of hearts.
During his stay in the Bigg Boss house, everyone wondered if romance was brewing between Pratik and singer Akasa Singh. The two were often seen spending time together. Akasa was also seen discussing her relationship with Pratik with fellow contestants Miesha Iyer and Donal Bisht.
In a recent interview, Pratik opened up on his relationship with Akasa and said, “Akasa and I are just friends. She is a very sweet friend of mine. I was the one who asked her if she could drop me at my place after the grand finale as there was chaos and I didn’t how I would reach home. She was like, ‘Are you mad? Of course, I will drop you.’ She is a very nice girl. She is extremely talented.”
Pratik added, “I genuinely pray from the bottom of my heart that she gets all the happiness in this world because she is a very nice human being.”
Pratik and Akasa’s friendship certainly raised a lot of eyebrows in the house but the two never put a tag on their relationship. After getting out of the BB house, the Naagin singer also spoke about her bond with Bigg Boss runner-up. She said, “When you spend time with someone in a confined space on a show, you form a bond. In the house also, a lot of people would tease us because we were together all the time. Our friendship was strong and pure. The bond that you share on a show, its importance and strength you only understand when you come into the real world”
We are so happy that Pratik and Akasa are totally on the same page about their friendship. NGL, we kinda wanna see them in a music video together!
