During a recent interaction with a leading daily, the Highway actress got candid about her habits and spilled some beans about Ranbir. Alia shared, “I envy my husband Ranbir because he has a saint-like mind. If you were to open my brain up.”
The actress added that while she gets angry at times, Ranbir always makes it a point to keep her tone and volume in check. In fact, he is constantly reminding her to be calm and kind even. Alia added, “The one thing that immediately puts me in a fit of anger is incompetence. And I have to try very hard to control my anger because my husband does not like (it) when my voice goes above this decibel. Because he thinks it’s not fair and it’s important to be kind even when you are unhappy.” How sweet! I love how Alia and Ranbir bring out the best in each other.
When Alia Opened Up About Her Married Life
Alia Bhatt graced the Koffee couch alongside Ranveer Singh for the premiere episode of KWK 7. Talking about how her life entirely changed after marriage, the SOTY actress revealed, “I have been brought up between me, my mum, my sister, and my father. That was it. Our interaction was very limited. We were a very close family, but we were not a big family. We did not have these massive celebrations or get-togethers. Everybody did their own thing. Enter the Kapoor family, where everyone does everything together. You eat together, do aarti together, everything is done together. It was cute. I have been through so many moments of culture and family because of the Kapoor family that it has given me a totally new layer in my life.”
