  • 4 cups of water 
  • ¼ cup lemon juice

Method:

Add the berries to a jar of water. Shut the lid and let them soak overnight. The water will take on a reddish colour while the berries become plump. The next day, strain the berry-infused water and add lemon juice to it. You can use the berries for something else — like adding them to soups or salads. 

Goji Berry & Pineapple Juice 

Ingredients: 

  • ¼ cup goji berry
  • 1 cup pineapple 

Method:

Cut a pineapple into small pieces. Boil some water and pour it over the berries to rehydrate and soften them. Let them soak for about 10 minutes. Add both to a mixer and blend away. That’s it.
