Obviously, we’re quite fond of her, but we love her for the way she keeps her makeup simple with a hint of stunning. For instance, a few days ago, she wore a no-makeup makeup look with an earthy lip shade but added a punch of purple to her eyelids.
Recently, the Lust Stories star joined Ranveer Singh and the Gully team at Asia Vision Awards. For the occasion, the actress’ stylist Aastha Sharma made sure she did justice to Kiara’s vibes. Kiara wore a white Stephane Rolland gown and hairstylist, Seema Mane added a clean top bun to her chic aura. However, it’s her makeup artist Lekha Gupta who made us stare into the details of her glossy eyelids and dewy skin.
A Guide To Dewy Makeup
To get that sought-after dewy glow with makeup, you first need to cleanse your face and apply moisturiser to it. Allow the moisturiser to sit properly on the skin. Then apply a silicon-based foundation, but first apply it on the back of your hand, spread it a little and then apply it on your face. A silicon-based foundation will make your skin look glowy and smoother. Also, it will allow the makeup to stay on for longer. Apply some extra foundation on your high points like the forehead, cheekbones and so on. It’ll add a dewy glow. One awesome trick is to mix some facial oil or a liquid illuminator with your foundation. Remember to apply it like a second skin and not make it look cakey. It’ll give you a dewy look without using too many products. And to give you even more of a glow, apply highlighter on high points and blend it lightly on the face but make sure you don’t go overboard with it. A small quantity of the product goes a long way in the case of dewy makeup.
If your skin is oily, mattify it first by using a primer, then apply a BB cream and then a brightening concealer that’s a shade lighter than your skin tone. Along with your dark circles, apply it on the high points of your face.
Later, use a face mist to set the makeup.
