Bollywood actress Esha Deol and husband Bharat Takhtani just welcomed another baby girl yesterday and announced the little angel’s arrival with an Instagram story. Not just that, they also revealed her name in the post – Miraya. Beautiful, isn’t it? Looks like the new parents already knew what they wanted to name their second child.

“Thank you very much for the love & blessings 🤗💕💕🙏🏼🧿♥️ @bharattakhtani3 #radhyatakhtani #mirayatakhtani,” wrote Esha on Instagram.
Esha and Bharat became parents for the first time in October 2017 to a daughter, Radhya. And now, their nuclear family is complete with the arrival by Miraya.

While we wait for Miraya’s first picture to make it to our feed, here’s an interesting story that you ought to know behind her name. In an interview with Mumbai Mirror, the Dhoom actress spoke about the connection between the names of both her daughters, “When Lord Krishna worships Radha, it’s called Radhya, while Miraya means a devotee of Lord Krishna. Both the girls have that in common and I love how Radhya and Miraya sound together.“

Speaking about the upside of having two children, Esha said, “My sister and I shared a room for a long time, and so did my husband and his younger brother. We are going to get the girls to share the nursery that Noorien (Jumani, friend and interior designer) has designed for us earlier. Now, she has tweaked the interiors to make room for Miraya. The girls are going to share a lot of things, from dollhouses to clothes. We are also getting a playroom ready.”
New babies are a celebration in themselves. And the Deol-Takhtani family is having a big one currently. Both the parents are happy, all the four grandparents are happy. But we wonder what Radhya had to say about her little sister.

Esha said, “The day she figured out that my stomach was getting bigger, we told her about the baby and she had been excited about it ever since. I am sure she will be a wonderful elder sister.” And so do we, Esha.
