However, every once in a while, the reality show gives us a contestant who has a personality that cannot be put in a box. They hit us like a breath of fresh air and impress us with their dhaakad, devil may care personality. These are the BB contestants who make every season worth its while and leave us mighty impressed with who they are and everything that they stand for. They may or may not win the show but they always win hearts. Today, we are celebrating these BB gems. Read on:
Neha Bhasin
Coming across as the most dabang contestant of BB OTT, Neha Bhasin has been shining as a really strong personality. She speaks her mind and never shies away from showing off her authentic self. Also, she isn’t afraid of calling out her fellow housemates whenever needed and thus, has already been involved in a number of altercations. That said, there is also a warm side of her personality that has helped her stay cordial with everyone despite the differences.
Rubina Dilaik
In Bigg Boss 14, Rahul Vaidya hated Rubina Dilaik because she never changed her opinion for others in the house. Well, we loved her for exactly that reason. She stayed in the house with a lot of dignity and even ended up calling out Salman Khan when she felt like her self-respect was getting compromised. During the season, we also saw her taking a stand for the trans community and loved how she refused to shrink for anyone else in the house.
Aly Goni
From his devil-may-care attitude to the way he cared about his friends, everything about Aly Goni was absolutely dhaakad. He entered the house with a bang, had everyone charmed with his warm persona and the way he kept standing up for his friends. He, in fact, also left the house for Jasmin Bhasin, mid-season.
Hina Khan
Hina Khan was the best part of Bigg Boss 12 for us. And while she might not have won the season, she definitely won a lot of respect. She always fought for what she thought was right. She was an amazing performer as well as a great friend, and had us equally impressed by her style. She showed us all of her sides in the house and stayed authentic till the very end.
Manu Punjabi
Smart moves, interesting personality, and unconditional friendship made Manu Punjabi stand out from the crowd during Bigg Boss season 10. In fact, he was so loved during the show, that the makers decided to call him back as a wildcard entry during Bigg Boss 14. Unfortunately, he had to leave soon owing to health issues. That said, he is still remembered as one of the strongest, most unfiltered Bigg Boss contestants to date.
Manveer Gurjar
It takes one hell of a personality to not only outshine celebs in the BB house but also win the season. Manveer Gurjar did just that. He entered the house as a commoner and soon enough took over all of her fellow housemates (which included some big celebrity names). His USP? He wasn’t shy of his desi roots and never tried to hide who he was.
Gauahar Khan
Gauahar Khan always called a spade a spade and always fought for the right even if it offended Salman Khan. In fact, she once got into a heated argument with the host and refused to change her mind just to feed his ego. Gauahar did everything with 100 percent authenticity and did not care to hide it when she ended up falling for Kushal Tandon during the show.
