After asking Anurag Kashyap to cast her in an Instagram video, she got back to her first love—reality shows. This time she is taking her fiancé Apurva Padgaonkar along with her. Buzz has it that the two are making their way to Nach Baliye season 10.
The popular dance reality show is coming back with a brand new season. According to the grapevine, talks are going on between the makers of the show and the couple. While there has been no official confirmation yet, Divya’s fans are already rooting for her.
I, for one, would love to see Divya in a reality show. She knows how to win every time, making it a treat to watch!
Did Divya Want To Stay Away From Reality Shows?
Following her big win in Bigg Boss OTT season one, Divya avoided participating in a reality show. The actress didn’t want to limit herself professionally. In an interview, she shared that at the beginning of her career, she was mostly offered reality shows. “I was then offered reality shows so I was like ‘Okay, let’s do it with all the energy I have’. So I did that but iske baad kya (What do I do next?),” Divya said.
Time and again, Divya has talked about how she is constantly offered reality shows. However, I feel there is something special about doing a reality show with the love of your life. Perhaps that’s why Divya is considering Nach Baliye?
I am excited to see Divya back on the telly screen again! I bet she and Apruva will win hearts with their dazzling chemistry.
