The first season of Bigg Boss OTT was everything we expected it to be and more. It was fun, entertaining, and truly over the top in every way. However, if we’re being completely honest, it did fall short in one department. Unlike all other seasons, it failed to give us an adorable jodi to root for. No, Shamita Shetty and Raqesh Bapat’s on and off relationship, (if we can even call it that), does not count!
That being said, we are sort of hooked to another contestant from the season and her relationship. We’re talking about OTT winner Divya Agarwal and her boyfriend Varun Sood. Their love story did not exactly blossom in the house but the duo has managed to have all our attention. Whether it was the couple’s teary-eyed reunion in the house or the after-party to celebrate Divya’s win—the two are starting to give us some major goals. If you happen to root for this fab jodi, then we’ve got an exciting announcement to share. The actress just revealed her marriage plans with her beau and we can’t keep calm!
While talking to a leading daily, Divya opened up, “Marriage is a big responsibility and we both understand that thing well. Not running away from that question, no not at all, but marriage will happen soon once we plan our life. It is a responsible commitment and we have to take into consideration our families, our careers. We have not taken any such decision as of now but whenever it will happen dhanke ki chot pe hoga (openly) and everybody will be happy with it.”
Divya and Varun have quite an interesting story. In 2018, the two were both left heartbroken by their exes. A few months later in October, they participated in a reality show, MTV Ace Of Space where they entered the show holding hands, and promised to never leave each other’s hand in the show. Soon after, Varun confessed his love for her on national television and Divya accepted. The lovebirds have been practically inseparable ever since. Sometimes things happen for the best and we’re glad that it worked out well with Divya and Varun.
Well, we love the couple to bits and can’t wait to see them tie the knot (when they’re ready!).
