With the popularity of Kasautii Zindagii Kay, the show’s leads including Parth Samthaan (Anurag Basu), Erica Fernandez (Prerna) and Hina Khan (Komolika) have gained tremendous followers. So much so that at least one of them is always in the news every day.
Recently, reports have surfaced stating that Parth Samthaan dated Disha Patani before she entered Bollywood. They were in a serious relationship for about a year. According to reports, he cheated on the Baaghi 2 actress with producer and Bigg Boss 11 contestant Vikas Gupta. Vikas and Parth met on the set of the web series titled Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya. Disha found out about Vikas and Parth’s relationship through their pictures together after which she decided to call it quits.

When asked, Parth denied the rumours of dating Vikas. In fact, in 2013 during the shoot of the series, he filed a legal complaint against Vikas for molesting him and not paying him his due salary. “Vikas hasn’t cleared my dues of Rs 5,50,000 for Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, a show that I did with him. In fact, he has been asking me to cough up a ransom of Rs 50,00,000. He has also threatened to ruin my career. I have also informed the cops about the same. I have nothing against him except for the fact that he hasn’t cleared my dues. We were good friends. He has also helped me in my career and I will be always thankful to him. But my hard work can’t be discounted,” he said in a statement.

But soon a statement from Ekta Kapoor, who is the producer of Parth’s current TV show Kasautii Zindagii Kay, changed the dynamics of the situation. “Vikas and Parth were close to each other and were in a relationship. Parth has accused Vikas of touching him inappropriately on December 7, 2013, and 20 days later, he was with Vikas holidaying in Bangkok! I know because I was also there to bring in the New Year. I have seen several videos of him professing his love for Vikas,” her statement said.
Parth and Vikas have now patched up and have been spotted together at public events. The Kasautii actor also issued a statement burying the hatchet with the producer and is allegedly dating his Kasautii co-star, Erica Fernandes. Disha Patani, on the other hand, is gearing up for her next release with the Salman Khan starrer Bharat. She is rumoured to be dating her Baaghi 2 co-star, Tiger Shroff.
