The first thing we do after waking up these days is scroll through our Insta feed religiously. Why, you ask? Well, we are not giving up hope and we’re sure that we’ll come across a new update about Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s wedding. And guess what? We got an exciting update about their shaadi today morning that has us convinced that it’s finally happening!
The latest buzz is that the district administration of Sawai Madhopur issued an order yesterday to summon a meeting for 10.15 AM on Friday. The agenda of the meeting is to review law and order and crowd control measures for Vicky and Katrina’s nuptials. The order has been issued by Additional District Collector, Suraj Singh Negi. We hear that the conference will be graced by the superintendent of police, forest rangers, representatives from the hotel, and other officials. A little birdie also tells us that we won’t be able to get a sneak-peek of the lavish wedding, as any drones discovered near the property would be shot down.
Vicky and Katrina are taking all the steps to make sure that their shaadi ke pictures don’t get leaked on social media. The couple has asked their guests to sign an NDA which includes the strict rules to follow during the three-day wedding festivities. We also hear that they’ve sold the rights of their wedding photos to an international magazine.
That’s not all fam, apparently, the couple is going to have a court marriage today before their lavish shaadi at Six Senses Fort Barwara, Rajasthan. “Katrina and Vicky are opting for a court wedding today in Mumbai, and it will be attended by both their families. If they do get married, it will be under the Special Marriage Act 1954 (for inter-caste couples, the court marriage is conducted under this act),” revealed a source close to the lovebirds.
Well, it looks like their wedding rumours have been true all along. NGL fam, we’re a little disappointed with the no-picture rule at the ceremony. But, we’re sure that the pictures are going to be every bit special. Can’t wait to see #VicKat as a newly-married couple.
