The 2023 Paris Couture Week is a celebration of fashion, talent, and aesthetics. This year, quite a few Indians are setting a mark in the French capital! After Rahul Mishra showcased sarees and lehengas on the runway, another Indian designer set the ramp on fire. On July 6, Gaurav Gupta also had his couture show at the event and the designer was represented by none other than Cardi B! Known for her impeccable and avant-garde style, Cardi B wore a Gaurav Gupta outfit like it was made just for her.

The American rapper looked like a ‘Green Goddess’ when she graced Gaurav Gupta’s couture show in a lime green artfully moulded creation. She wore a two-piece ensemble that featured a stunning body-hugging gown that was embellished in sequins and shimmer, and intricate zardosi thread work. We all know that the rapper always wears something that comes with a bit of an edge. The outfit was styled with a sculpted hood with puffer detailing which almost made it look like a blanket!

The green beauty fit Cardi B like a glove, perfectly complementing her curves. The rapper has collaborated with GG on multiple occasions and every time they get together, they create fire. Since the outfit was already so sizzling, Cardi completely ditched the accessories. She simply completed the ensemble with a pair of metallic silver platform heels. However, the heels turned into a nightmare for the singer as they accidentally broke. But count on Cardi B to make the best of a bad situation. She flashed a huge smile as she literally let herself be carried to her car by her security guard! Truly an iconic moment.

While Cardi B flawlessly represented Gaurav Gupta’s creation at his show, she wasn’t the only celebrity to do so. Chinese actress Fan Bingbing also wore a stunning creation by the designer at the couture week. She opted for an all-black gown that featured the designer’s signature 3D sculpting and dramatic veil-like creation. The long train and thigh-high slit added a dash of sultriness to the look.
