On October 6, actress Kajal Aggarwal took to her Instagram handle and surprised her fans as she broke some big news. The Singham actress announced that she is all set to tie the knot with entrepreneur Gautam Kitchlu on October 30. Sharing the post, she gave away some details of her big day and mentioned that it will be a small and private ceremony with just their immediate family members in attendance.
In a lengthy post, Kajal wrote, “It gives me immense joy to share that I am getting married to Gautam Kitchlu, on October 30, 2020 in Mumbai, in a small, private ceremony surrounded by our immediate families. This pandemic has certainly shed a sobering light on our joy, but we are thrilled to start our lives together and know that all of you will be cheering us on in spirit.”
The actress also thanked her fans for all the love they’ve showered on her over the years. “I thank you for all the love you have showered upon me over the years and we seek your blessings as we embark upon this incredible new journey. I will still continue doing what I cherish the most–entertaining my audience–now, with a whole new purpose and meaning. Thank you for your unending support,” wrote Kajal. Take a look!
Soon after the post, several of her industry friends including Samantha Prabhu and Hansika Motwani and well-wishers flooded her Insta handle to wish the actress their best.

While we were just letting the big news sink in, Kajal’s sister Nisha Aggarwal treated us with the pictures of the bride-to-be’s bachelorette bash. Owing to the pandemic, Nisha and some close friends of the actress organised an at-home bachelorette for Kajal at her Mumbai residence. Yes, it might not be much of a gala affair but it was indeed spectacular.
Bride-to-be Kajal looked stunning in a classic little black dress and stole the limelight with her oh-so happy pictures. The glow on the actress’ face was clearly visible. The ‘bride-to-be’ sash along with lacy bunny rabbit ears on her head completed her bachelorette look. Open tresses, minimal makeup and brown lips–what’s not to love in this look?

Coming back to the bachelorette, Nisha wore a black-and-white dress with a sash that had ‘bridesmaid’ written on it.
The balloons, a stunning cake, the metallic gorg candles and the yummy food–Kajal’s intimate bachelorette bash was full of colours and a lot of glam.
