Weddings, weddings and weddings! Since the past few weeks, our social media handles have been flooded with amazing shaadi pics and nope, we are not complaining at all. We are celebrating our fave celebs’ special day with so much enthusiasm that we kinda feel like bridesmaids ourselves. While we love their grand and vibrant ceremonies, we’re currently obsessing over fashion blogger Saanchi Gilani’s whimsical nikaah pics that are giving sukoon to our hearts.
The fashion stylist recently made things official with her long-term beau, Shahaan Bachooali, in an intimate and romantic setting. The couple’s videographer, The Wedding Filmer, just dropped a short video from the couple’s D-day and the one-minute clip is full of infinite emotions. Can we all take a moment and appreciate how Shahaan was looking at his bride? His teary eyes were filled with love and warmth, and we cannot help but feel so emotional RN. The banno’s brother, Sahil Gilani, walked her down the aisle and we could see how proud he felt of his sister at that moment. Not going to lie, but the moment Saanchi said, “Qubool hain“, we could feel the excitement that her bridesmaids and sister-in-law, Pernia Qureshi, felt as well.
The bride wore a gorgeous Indo-western gown by Élan in seafoam green with grey and silver accents. The ornamental embellishment on the attire was decorated with pearls, sequin, crystals and intricate motifs. The dreamy hue and the delicate work gave Saanchi’s trousseau a pristine appeal. She wore her dupatta as a long veil and her entire ensemble looked absolutely perfect for a daytime wedding. The stylist kept her makeup minimal, opted for a neat bun, and statement diamond and emerald jewellery pieces. Shahaan, on the other hand, donned a sherwani in cream that gave him quite a regal look.
The Easy Breezy Haldi & Mehendi
For her intimate mehendi, Saanchi opted for a fuss-free look and wore a light yellow kaftan and paired it with a choker set. Her bridesmaid and BFF, fashion blogger Masoom Minawala shared pics of the bride on her ‘Gram and we loved how radiant they looked.
In one of the other festivities, Saanchi wore an emerald green suit and it’s her minimal look that’s winning our hearts.
