Some chose to not only complete their graduation, but also their masters before making a mark in the industry. However, there are some who were destined to be in the industry, so they never crossed the college boundary.

1. Amitabh Bachchan
The Shahenshah of Bollywood has proved how well read and eloquent he is, and his command over Hindi, English and Urdu makes him a great orator. He completed his graduation from the University of Delhi and holds a double major in Science and Arts from Kirori Mal College. The veteran also has an honorary doctorate from Queensland University in Australia.
2. Shah Rukh Khan
King Khan is an avid reader and undoubtedly, a witty man! He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hansraj College, Delhi University. He dropped out of Jamia Milia Islamia in his final year where he was doing his master in Mass Communication because his acting career kicked off.
3. Aamir Khan
Mr Perfectionist may have been a topper onscreen in 3 Idiots but in real life, Aamir finished his schooling but never went to college. He’s been dedicated to the movies and boy, is he doing it right!
4. Priyanka Chopra
PeeCee completed her schooling partly from Bareilly and partly from Massachusetts. The Global sensation attended Jai Hind College and Basant Singh Institute of Science, Mumbai for her graduation, but left it midway after she won Miss World in 2000. And then we went on to conquer the world.

Alia Bhatt has completed her school education from Jamnabai Narsee in Mumbai. She entered Bollywood right after completing her schooling. And there’s been no looking back ever since.
6. Katrina Kaif
In an interview, Katrina talked about how her family had been travelling from one country to another, so it was very difficult for her to study at any single place. She was home-schooled by her mom.
7. Anushka Sharma
She stumped India cricket team caption Virat Kohli not only with her stunning looks, but also her intellect. Anushka has a degree in arts from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. She is also a master in economics.
8. Akshay Kumar
The Khiladi of Bollywood completed his schooling from Don Bosco School and then went to Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Mumbai for higher studies, but dropped out after one year. He later went to Bangkok to learn Martial Arts.
9. Sonam Kapoor
The undisputed fashionista of Bollywood, Sonam completed her schooling from the United World College of South East Asia, Singapore. Later, she earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the University of East London. Now, you know why she slays in every interview and media interaction.
10. Kangana Ranaut
Kangana Ranaut wanted to get into the medical field, but it did not work out after she failed in a chemistry test during school. This made her reconsider her plans. So, she entered the acting field.
11. Varun Dhawan
Varun may have always essayed the role of an aimless goon wandering on the streets, but he’s super qualified in real life. The happy-go-lucky actor has a degree in business management from the Nottingham Trent University, UK.
12. Ayushmann Khurrana
Remember Ayushmann struggling with English in Dum Laga Ke Haisha? Well, that’s not how it is for him in real life. With a major in English, Ayushmann completed his master in mass communication from Chandigarh University.
13. Soha Ali Khan
This may not come as a surprise to you at all. Soha holds a bachelor’s degree in modern history from Balliol College, Oxford. She also has a master’s degree in international relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. Beauty with brains, indeed!
14. Parineeti Chopra
With triple honours in business, finance and economics from Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom, Parineeti wanted to become an investment banker. She worked in the marketing team with Yashraj Films and was roped in for Ishaqzaade. Fate!
15. Vidya Balan
Vidya has always garnered praises for herself whenever she’s delivered a speech. Well, she has a major in sociology from St Xavier’s, Mumbai and finished her masters from the University of Mumbai. Smartypants!
