Raise your hand if you feel like it’s been years since the lockdown began. You too, right? TBH, it doesn’t sit right that 2020 is the same year when we were going gaga over the Oscars, making plans for numerous vacays, and planning on what to wear to a number of parties. But now that the reality is different than thought of, allow us to say that this prolonged time indoors has some side-effects. For instance, seeing Bollywood celebrities but seeing…err…items that are just like their outfits. The resemblance is uncanny and once you see them, there’s no unseeing, my friend.

As much as we love Deepika Padukone, the first thing her tulle gown worn at Cannes last year reminded us of was a loofah. The silhouette, the fabric and all in all everything!
A Nest
First things first. PC’s avant-garde take at the Met Gala 2019 may have not been for everyone but we stan a queen who knows how to pull off that. That, however, does not stop us from seeing the similarities in her headgear and this nest.
An Orange Bar
Summer may have arrived in full swing but this time, it was spent without the best thing there is in the season—the orange bar (thanks for nothing, COVID-19). Maybe that’s the reason we are seeing it like we are, i.e. Katrina Kaif looking like our favourite ice candy in her bodycon dress.

Speaking of red, when was the last time you went out to eat at a restaurant? While you reminisce about the good times gone by, we would like to divert your attention to Bollywood’s boy next door, Kartik Aaryan dressed as one.

Over the years, Alia Bhatt has given us many looks to emulate. This time, however, it was all about her dressing up in lavender to appear like a candle. Who would have thought!
