And, not just us, we are sure that every BB fanatic has been waiting to find out everything about it, starting with the list of contestants. The grapevine has been buzzing with the list of potential names for quite a while, but that’s not enough for us now. We want the real deal, right? From controversial statements, off-beat airport looks, to sizzling photoshoots, these contestants have been all over our social media feed this year. We have seen them and it’s now time to know them. Here’s the list of all the confirmed gharwalas of Bigg Boss OTT who will entertain us for six weeks on Voot:
Anusha Dandekar
The popular VJ and judge of another reality show, Love School, will now be seen as a contestant on BB OTT. Interesting, right? Anusha Dandekar recently opened up about her messy breakup with Karan Kundrra and hinted that he had lied and cheated on her. Well, she’s in a much better place now and we think her fans would love to see the same.
Neha Bhasin
“Ready ho jaiye Bigg Boss ke ghar mein meri awaaz sunne ke liye. Ye awaaz gaati bhi hai, goonjti bhi hai, lekin kisi se dabti nahi hai (Get ready to listen to my voice in the Bigg Boss house. This voice sings, reverberates, but doesn’t get suppressed),” said singer Neha Bhasin in the new promo of the show. Honestly, we’re so ready!
Ridhima Pandit
We have seen her on several shows including Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant and Khatron Ke Khiladi 9. We know that Ridhima Pandit is an impressive actress and has quite a charming personality. Hmm… We wonder if she’s too sweet for a show like Bigg Boss though. Well, we will find out soon.
Divya Agarwal
One major advantage that Divya Agarwal might have over other gharwalas is that she knows the concept of reality shows in and out. She won hearts in Splitsvilla 10 and the trophy in Ace Of Space. She might turn out to be one of the toughest competition in the house and NGL, we are so excited about it.
Pratik Sehajpal
A lot of fans were disappointed when Pratik Sehajpal did not enter Bigg Boss 14 to support his former flame, Pavitra Punia on the show. Well, the actor has finally made up his mind and is all set to enter the house now. BTW, he’s well acquainted with Anusha as he was a part of Love School 3 and also with Divya as they were contestants on AOS. We think that when it comes to tasks, Pratik would give quite a tough challenger to beat.
Zeeshan Khan
This Kumkum Bhagya actor knows how to grab attention and his infamous bathrobe stunt at the Goa airport is proof. ICYMI, Zeeshan Khan attempted to set a world record by travelling in a flight in just a bathrobe. The authorities did not allow him to do so (obviously) and he made a video of it (obviously) that went quite viral on social media recently.
Pavithra Lakshmi
Pavithra Lakshmi, who was recently seen in the Tamil reality show, Cooku with Comali, will be seen as a contestant in Bigg Boss OTT soon. She received a lot of flak online for featuring in a photoshoot where she cut her saree in half. While talking about the same, she said to a leading daily, “It was a photoshoot conducted two and half years ago. We did it for a commercial campaign and removed it as soon as completing the photoshoot as it looked inappropriate. We had a reason to do it. I don’t want to justify my act but we deleted it after the campaign. Now, it is trending but we can’t do anything about it. I don’t want to deny doing it as it was done by myself at one point of my life.”
Neha Malik
To give us some major style inspo, the makers have roped in Neha Malik, a famous fashion blogger on Instagram. TBH, we’re pretty excited to see all the looks that she’ll be sporting in the BB house.
Manasvi Vashist
The actor was last seen as Aryan Raisinghania in the daily soap, Ishq Mein Marjawan 2. He quit his corporate job to make it big in the entertainment industry. Well, we’re intrigued to see how Manasvi Vashist will entertain his fans on the reality show.
Karan Nath
Karan Nath was seen in the Bollywood movie, Yeh Dil Aashiqana, and later made his comeback with Guns Of Banaras. Now, he’s making his OTT debut with Bigg Boss.
Urfi Javed
The actress has several shows in her kitty including Meri Durga, Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania, Bepannaah, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, and Kasautii Zindagii Kay. She was also a part of Ekta Kapoor’s web series, Puncch Beat 2. While we have seen Urfi Javed in supporting roles, it’d be interesting to see her in the forefront for a change.
Akshara Singh
Akshara Singh created quite a buzz recently with her media interaction where she revealed that her relationship with actor Pawan Singh ended on an ugly note. The Bhojpuri actress also accused him of harassing her on social media. Well, the show might give her a larger platform to tell her side of the story in detail.
Seems like the makers were not kidding when they said the new season would be hella crazy and over the top. ‘Coz we don’t know about you, but we can smell scandals already.
