Abdu Rozik has proved to be the most popular Bigg Boss 16 captain so far. While the majority of the housemates wanted the Tajik singer to stay captain, he was forced to relinquish the position after a task last week. Now it appears that the BB 16 house is all set to have a new captain and the race isn’t going to be an easy one. According to the latest promo, a captaincy task will be held in the house tonight, and things will get ugly.
Will Tina Datta Become The New Captain?
In the promo, we see Tina Datta expressing her interest in the captaincy task. The Uttaran actress has been wishing to be the house captain for a while now but has never received much support from her fellow housemates. In fact, she was the first one to be removed from the captaincy race last week by Gautam Vig.
Tina will try to persuade the other contestants to support her in the captaincy task in tonight’s episode. However, we see MC Stan and Sajid Khan vote against the actress with the rapper saying, “Iske captaincy mein koi kaam hi nai karega mujhe lagta hai.” (I believe no one will work while she is the captain.)”

Tina is unhappy with the lack of support and expresses her displeasure to Shalin Bhanot. “They have their own set of favourites over here, in which you (Shalin) and I don’t exist,” she says.
