In the past couple of weeks, a lot of people have advised Sumbul Touqeer on what’s not working for her in the Bigg Boss 16 house. These well-wishers include her fellow contestants and even her dad. They have all warned the Imlie actress against constantly following Shalin Bhanot who is clearly not as invested in the friendship as her. Sadly, none of it seems to be working and we can still see Sumbul hanging out with Shalin and being overly possessive. In last night’s episode, we even saw her getting pissed at the Naagin actor. It happened during the dinner preparations when Tina Datta advised Sumbul to add fewer onions to Shalin’s chicken and he agreed. Sumbul looked visibly upset and asked Tina to leave her alone. It’s honestly looking desperate at this point and it is high time Sumbul realises how pathetic she is looking on national TV.
That said, there is still someone who hasn’t warned Sumbul about the downside of following Shalin in the game. Yes, we are talking about Salman Khan. Guess what? It is finally going to happen in tonight’s episode. We just watched the promo and the host is as pissed as us.
In the promo, Salman can be heard telling Sumbul how she is setting the wrong example by being all clingy and needy. “Aaj ki tareekh men aap misaal bani padi ho for somebody jo peche paid rehti hai, drag along karti hai…roti rehti hai…shikayat karti rehti hai (In today’s date, you look like someone who is always behind the same person, dragging along, constantly crying, and complaining),” he says.
But that’s not it. Salman will also be taking Ankit Gupta’s case tonight. The actor is hiding behind Priyanka Chahar Choudhary’s shadow and the makers have had enough. Salman has finally called out Priyanka for hyping up Ankit when he is just boring us with his lukewarm energy. The host feels Ankit is stuck in his comfort zone and doesn’t really want to stay in the Bigg Boss 16 house.
Kudos to Salman for calling out both Sumbul and Ankit. Here’s hoping they finally listen and buckle up!
