For Bigg Boss 15, the makers have surely decided to do things differently. From using BB OTT as a prequel for the season to the exciting jungle theme, they are trying their best to generate ample buzz and make BB 15 a mega-hit. just last week during the promotion event, they even revealed the names of four contestants who have been finalised for the show. This came as quite a surprise given that every season the makers keep us guessing about the contestant list till the very last minute. However, as we said, things are happening a little differently in the Bigg Boss headquarters this year.
In the latest development, the names of four more confirmed contestants have been released and the assortment of these drastically contrasting personalities has us mighty impressed. Here are the four new names that have been confirmed for the reality show and why they are fuelling some solid Bigg Boss-frenzy ATM:
Karan Kundra
From slapping a person during Roadies auditions to allegedly cheating on Anusha Dandekar, Karan Kundra has been in the eye of the storm recently. It definitely sounds like he has agreed to do the show to clear his name from all these controversies and tell his side of the story. Now biased as this narrative might be, we are still excited about seeing Karan in the house and are sure that he’ll bring the real ‘tea’ in this reality show. Plus, he has quite an imposing persona that will definitely take over the BB house. In fact, if he plays his cards right, Karan might very well win this season of Bigg Boss.
Tejasswi Prakash
After impressing us with her daredevil attitude in Khatron Ke Khiladi, Tejasswi Prakash is all set to take over the Bigg Boss house. Now, it might sound like we are taking it too far with our assumptions but we have reasons to believe that this one might very well win the show as well. Firstly, we have seen how there are but a few things that can actually scare off Tejasswi during her stint in Khatron Ke Khiladi. She’d certainly be awesome at doing tasks. But that’s not it. We have also seen Tejasswi playing the lead in some of the hit shows like Swaragini – Jodein Rishton Ke Sur and Pehredaar Piya Ki. Obviously, she has a very strong fan base that will come to her support during the show.
Simba Nagpal
Simba Nagpal first came to the limelight with his appearance on Splitsvilla 11. That said, he is unlike any other reality show contestants who come to Bigg Boss from MTV. This basically means that Simba isn’t as aggressive as the rest of the lot which has us ensured that he will bring fresh energy to the house. Oh and not to forget, he is extremely good-looking and would definitely have us hooked to the screens for his chocolate boy appeal.
Afsana Khan
Known for some epic blockbuster tracks like Titliaan, Afsana Khan would be the next big singing talent to enter the Bigg Boss house. The Punjabi-Hindi singer boasts of a strong fan following and we have all seen the kind of adulation that Punjabi talent enjoys in the BB house anyway. While it is too early to comment on Afsana’s BB journey, we expect some high-octane entertainment from her as well.
As of now, nine contestants have already been finalised for Bigg Boss 15. This includes Umar Riaz, Donal Bisht, Shamita Shetty, Nishant Bhat, and Pratik Sehajpal. Well, more often than not it is the right combination of contestants that leads to a reality show’s success. Barring a couple of names, the BB makers seem to have aced in the department. Well, it is just a matter of few days till we find out the rest of the names and how they fit in the current equation. Excited!
