Over the years, TV shows have introduced us to many incredible on-screen jodis. However, very few have managed to make a mark and stand out. Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar are one such iconic couple. NGL, we loved their chemistry in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyara Pyara and have been waiting for the two to work together again.
Well, it turns out that the wait is finally over! The duo is all set to share screen space once again, in Ekta Kapoor’s Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 and we couldn’t be any happier!
That’s not all, Ekta surprised us all by sharing the promo of the much-awaited show on her ‘gram earlier today and we can’t stop watching it on loop. In the video, Disha and Nakuul can be seen having a heart-to-heart on why they haven’t gotten hitched yet. Check out the promo here!
Ekta also shared an IGTV video introducing the lead jodi to her followers. In the video, she can be seen interacting with Nakuul and Disha and explaining why she signed the two of them. To Nakuul, she says, “You are sweet, affable, and have a different style. I wanted a hero who is a new age guy but also not so woke.” As for Disha, Ekta explains that it was her soft personality that made her want to cast the actress for the iconic show.
TBH, watching the pair together once again is giving us all sorts of nostalgia. Their undeniable chemistry is too cute to handle! Here’s hoping the show goes on air ASAP!
